Activity feed
Activity is the live event-level view across your team. Filter it when you need to investigate a recipient, compare message streams, or confirm that a provider event was received.
Open accuracy
Privacy features, image proxies, and security scanners can load a tracking pixel without a person reading the email. Email Bump flags likely automated opens and reports human opens separately. Clicks and click-to-open rate are generally stronger engagement signals.
