Deliverability
Authenticated sending, and the numbers to prove it
Verified sending domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment, branded tracking links, and reporting that tells you when something is going wrong before your open rate does.
The problem
Email that lands in spam fails silently. By the time an open rate has visibly dropped, the reputation damage is weeks old.
Authenticate the domain, then send as yourself
Adding a sending domain walks through the DNS records mailbox providers expect. Once verified, mail is signed as you, and the shared testing domain stops being accepted for that project — because sending from a pooled domain delivers worse than sending from your own.
Branded tracking links
Tracked links can use a subdomain of your own rather than a shared one, so what a recipient hovers over matches who the mail is from.
Bounces and complaints act on themselves
Hard bounces and spam complaints update the contact's deliverability status automatically, so a bad address stops being sent to instead of being retried until it hurts.
What this looks like for you
The events worth sending depend on what you sell. Three shapes of business, the events each one tracks, and the segments those events make possible.
For SaaS the stakes are asymmetric: a marketing email in spam costs you a click, a password reset in spam costs you the customer and a support ticket.

What you can build with it
