Billing and plans
How workspaces, projects, and shared limits work — one plan and one bill per workspace.

Email Bump organizes your account into workspaces and projects. A workspace is the billing container: it has its own plan and its own bill, and it holds one or more projects. A project keeps its campaigns, contacts, and domains separate, while sharing its workspace's billing.
Owns the plan and the bill. Everything inside it draws from one subscription.
A separate space for campaigns and contacts that shares the workspace's plan.
Group projects into a workspace when they should share a plan. When a project needs its own separate bill, create a new workspace for it.
What's set per project
- Team seats — each project has its own members and invitations, up to the plan's seat count.
- Shared-domain sending limit — a project sending from the shared Email Bump domain has a daily cap. Verify a custom domain to remove it.
Plans and pricing
Every feature is included on every paid plan. Plans are priced by the number of contacts, with unlimited team members, projects, and sending domains. Sending is governed by a fair-use policy rather than a hard per-email charge.
Manage your subscription
Open Billing in the dashboard to see your plan, usage, and features. The workspace owner can upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes are prorated — and manage payment methods and invoices through the billing portal.
Create a new workspace. Each workspace carries its own plan, payment method, and invoices, with its own pooled limits.
