Email Bump vs Zoho Campaigns
Zoho Campaigns is one module of a suite. We're a single product covering campaigns and transactional on one plan. If you live in Zoho, that difference works in their favour.
Eight rows below, including the three where Zoho Campaigns is the better choice.
Which one you want, in three sentences
Pick Zoho Campaigns if your CRM, helpdesk and finance already run on Zoho. One vendor, one login and a genuine data connection beats a marginally better email tool.
Pick Email Bump if you want published prices, campaigns and transactional on one key, and behavioural flows driven by your own product events.
Pick neither if you want the best standalone email tool at this price, which is MailerLite, or the deepest automation, which is ActiveCampaign.

Three places Zoho Campaigns is the better choice
The suite. If your CRM, helpdesk, books and projects are all Zoho, having marketing in the same account with the same contact records is worth more than any feature we could add.
EU data centres. Zoho runs multiple regions including European ones. We send from us-east-1 only.
Five users on the free plan. Unusually generous — most free tiers allow one. Ours allows unlimited seats but caps contacts at 5,000, so which is better depends on your shape.
Email Bump vs Zoho Campaigns, asked and answered
Is Email Bump cheaper than Zoho Campaigns?
Hard to say precisely, because Zoho prices through a contact slider rather than publishing figures. Ours is published: $19 at 10,000 contacts, $29 at 25,000, $99 at 100,000.
The clearer saving is transactional — it's included here and a second Zoho product there.
Can I keep Zoho CRM and move the email?
Yes, and plenty of people do — sync contacts over the API and run marketing elsewhere. You lose the built-in record connection and gain a better email tool.
Whether that trade is worth it depends on how much your marketing actually reads from the CRM.
Do you have EU data centres?
No. Sending is from Amazon SES in us-east-1. Zoho, AhaSend, Scaleway TEM, Mailjet and Sweego all have European options.
