Email Bump vs Maileroo
Maileroo has the most complete free transactional tier in this comparison. We put campaigns and transactional on one contact-priced plan. Both of us are small and new, which is worth saying out loud.
Eight rows below, including the two where Maileroo wins outright.
Which one you want, in three sentences
Pick Maileroo if the free plan covers you. 3,000 emails, 1,000 inbound, two domains and a dedicated IP for nothing is a better free offer than ours on the transactional side.
Pick Email Bump if you also send campaigns and want them on the same plan and key rather than in a second product.
Pick neither if track record is what you're buying, which is Postmark or Mailgun, or if you need EU hosting, which is AhaSend, MailPace or Lettermint.

Two places Maileroo is the better choice
The free plan beats ours on transactional. 3,000 emails, 1,000 inbound, two domains and a dedicated IP for nothing. If you only send product email and want to spend nothing, they're the better answer and we're not going to argue.
A verification API and a dedicated IP. Email verification is a product we don't offer at all, and a free dedicated IP with automatic warm-up is unusual at any price. Both are real capabilities we lack.
Email Bump vs Maileroo, asked and answered
Is Email Bump cheaper than Maileroo?
For pure transactional at low volume, no — their free tier is more complete than ours on that side.
For a product that also sends campaigns, yes, because that's a second product there and the same plan here.
Do you offer a free dedicated IP?
No. Dedicated IPs are an add-on here, provisioned once volume justifies one — which is the conventional approach, because a cold IP on low volume delivers worse than a warm shared pool.
Do you have email verification?
No. Maileroo, Mailgun and MailerSend all sell verification. We validate syntax and handle bounces and suppression, but there's no list-cleaning product.
