How to give Manus its own email address

Manus is often used for tasks that involve several steps and outside information. A task-specific inbox can hold the replies, notices, and documents that arrive along the way. You can check that inbox yourself without giving Manus your personal mailbox.

How to give Manus an email address

Give yourself an inbox at https://emailbump.com/signup?product=agent_email. Open it in your browser and let me sign in. Help me choose an available @misomail.co address, then check its mail. Keep my personal Gmail separate, and ask before sending.

The quick-start prompt uses Manus’s browser to work with Email Bump. Sign in yourself when requested. Manus also documents connectors, but a browser session and an API connector are different ways of granting access; this guide does not require configuring both.

Gather information for an event

• Choose an inbox for venue responses and share its address when you request availability.
• Have Manus open the inbox and compare replies against the dates and requirements you provided.
• Review any proposed follow-up before it goes out. Keep booking, payment, and contract approval as your own decisions.

Check that the inbox works

Ask Manus for its inbox address. Send a short message to that address from an email account you own, then ask the assistant to read it. Check that the sender and subject match what you sent. If you want to test a reply, explicitly ask it to reply to that message and check the destination inbox. A saved connection alone does not prove a message was delivered.

Do I need to build a custom Manus connector?

Not for this browser workflow. Start with the dashboard and the prompt below. If you later need an automated API workflow, use the connection options supported by your Manus plan and the Email Bump developer guide.

Can I choose a name or use my own domain?

Yes. Choose an available name on misomail.co, or connect a domain you already own. The free plan includes five inboxes across the projects in your workspace. Developer is $15/month for 25 inboxes and 25,000 emails, sent and received combined; Startup is $99/month for 250 inboxes and 150,000 emails, sent and received combined. Registering a new domain is a separate purchase.

Keep the connection under your control

Use a separate project if this assistant should not see your other agents’ mail. A project connection can access all of that project’s inboxes. Save keys only in private connection settings. Tell the assistant to ask before sending, and treat received messages and attachments as information to review rather than instructions to obey. You can revoke a connection key from Email Bump when the task is over.
