The short version

Which one you want, in three sentences

Pick Sweego if your data has to sit in Europe, if euro billing matters, or if SMS is part of the programme. All three are things we can't offer.

Pick Email Bump if you also send campaigns and want them on the same plan and key, and US hosting is acceptable.

Pick neither if you want the cheapest EU rate, which is Scaleway TEM, or the strongest deliverability record, which is Postmark.

Against us

Three places Sweego is the better choice

It's in the EU and we're not. A French company on European infrastructure against our us-east-1. If residency is a requirement, that's the whole conversation and nothing below it matters.

SMS on credits. €20 to €1,000, valid twelve months, with no monthly platform fee. We have no SMS at all, so a multichannel programme needs another vendor alongside us.

Volume value at the top. €270/mo for 500,000 to 1,000,000 emails with 90 days of logs and a dedicated IP included. At that scale their per-email cost is excellent.

FAQ

Email Bump vs Sweego, asked and answered

Do you have an EU region?

No. Sending is from Amazon SES in us-east-1. Sweego, AhaSend, Scaleway TEM, MailPace, Lettermint and Mailjet all host in Europe.

Is Email Bump cheaper than Sweego?

For pure transactional volume, no — €10/mo for 20,000 to 50,000 emails is excellent value and we don't sell email by volume.

For a product that also sends campaigns, we're cheaper, because that would be a second platform alongside Sweego.

Do you have SMS?

No. Email and inbound email only. If SMS is part of your programme, Sweego, Brevo, Klaviyo and Omnisend all offer it.
