It's open source and we're not. AGPLv3, readable, forkable, self-hostable. That's a real answer to lock-in and to privacy review, and we have nothing equivalent.
European hosting. Cloud plans hosted in Europe, priced in euros, or self-hosted wherever you like. We're us-east-1 in dollars, full stop.
Unlimited contacts. Every tier, at every price. If you're holding a large list you rarely email, their model charges for the sends and ours charges monthly for the addresses.

Is Email Bump cheaper than Keila?
Divide your monthly sends by your contact count. Keila charges for sends with unlimited contacts; we charge for contacts with uncapped sending. Above roughly three sends per contact per month we're cheaper, below one they are.
Self-hosting Keila is cheaper than both, at the cost of running it.
Do you have flows and a transactional API?
Yes — flows with triggers, waits and branches on every plan including free, plus the transactional API and SMTP on the same key. Keila has neither.
