Email Bump vs Keap
Keap is a small-business operating system from $299/mo. We send email from $19/mo. This comparison only makes sense if you've concluded you're using Keap for the email.
Eight rows below, and the honest headline first: if you invoice through Keap, we don't replace it.
Which one you want, in three sentences
Pick Keap if your business runs on it — quotes, invoices, payments, appointments and the pipeline. Replacing that with an email tool plus four other subscriptions is usually worse and often more expensive.
Pick Email Bump if what you actually use is the campaigns and the sequences, and the CRM, invoicing and scheduling either sit elsewhere or aren't used.
Pick neither if you want marketing plus a real CRM at a mid-market price — that's ActiveCampaign — or a cheap full suite, which is EngageBay.

Three places Keap is the better choice
It bills your customers. Quotes, invoices, payment processing and appointment scheduling, in the same system as the marketing. We send email. For a service business that's the difference between one tool and five.
A real CRM with pipelines. Deals, stages, follow-up automation and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. We have contacts and segments and nothing resembling a sales process.
Text marketing included. 500 messages and 100 voice minutes in the base plan. We have no SMS at all.
Email Bump vs Keap, asked and answered
Is Email Bump cheaper than Keap?
By roughly fifteen times at the entry point — $19/mo against $299/mo — and more once Keap's $39-per-user charge applies. But that gap is entirely explained by the CRM, invoicing, appointments and payments we don't have.
Compare honestly: price the replacements for whatever else Keap is doing before deciding.
Does Email Bump have a CRM?
No. Contacts, custom fields, behavioural events, live segments and flows — enough to decide who gets which email and when. No deals, pipelines, quotes or invoices.
Can I import my Keap contacts?
Yes — a CSV of contacts, tags and custom fields imports cleanly. Take the export with subscription status attached so unsubscribes arrive as unsubscribes.
Campaign sequences rebuild rather than import, which is true between any two platforms.
Import a segment and compare
5,000 contacts and 5,000 emails free. Run one campaign through both and let the delivery and click numbers decide.
