The short version

Which one you want, in three sentences

Pick Encharge if you need native Salesforce, HubSpot, Chargebee or Segment integrations wired up without engineering work. That catalogue is the product and we don't have it.

Pick Email Bump if you want the same behavioural flows for a fifth of the price, with transactional email on the base plan rather than a $159/mo tier.

Pick neither if you need a real object model, which is Customer.io, or account-level B2B targeting, which is Userlist.

Against us

Two places Encharge is the better choice

The integration catalogue. Native Stripe, Chargebee, Segment, HubSpot and Salesforce connections that work without anyone writing code. We have an API and webhooks. For a team without engineering time to spend on plumbing, that gap is the decision.

Custom objects and API events. On Premium, Encharge models more than contacts. We have contacts, fields and events — enough for most lifecycle programmes and not for all of them.

FAQ

Email Bump vs Encharge, asked and answered

Is Email Bump cheaper than Encharge?

Substantially. $19/mo covers 10,000 contacts here against Encharge's $99/mo at 2,000, and transactional email is included rather than requiring the $159/mo tier.

The gap is explained by the integration catalogue, which is genuinely useful if you'd otherwise build those connections yourself.

Do you integrate with Stripe and Segment?

Not natively. You'd send us events over the API or a webhook, which is a small piece of work rather than a large one — but it is work, and Encharge does it for you.

Are there send overages?

No. Sending is uncapped under fair use, so there's no per-100,000 charge to plan around. Contacts are the only thing metered.
