Three places EmailLabs is the better choice
European servers, stated plainly. EEA-compliant infrastructure against our us-east-1. If residency is a requirement rather than a preference, nothing else here matters.
Certifications you can hand to a security review. ISO 27001 and ISO 27018, plus Certified Senders Alliance membership. We publish none of those. In a procurement process that's not a small difference.
A bigger free send allowance. 9,000 emails a month against our 5,000, albeit capped at 300 a day. On raw monthly volume theirs is larger.

Do you have EU servers or ISO certifications?
Neither. Sending is from Amazon SES in us-east-1, and we don't publish ISO certifications.

Is Email Bump cheaper than EmailLabs?
For pure transactional volume, no — €23/mo for up to 100,000 emails is excellent value and we don't sell by volume.
For a product that also sends campaigns, we're cheaper, because that would be a second platform alongside EmailLabs.
How long do you keep logs?
Retention isn't tiered by plan here — the free plan sees the same history as the top one. EmailLabs keeps 7 days on Essential and 15 on PRO.
